Damaged, leaking or wrong product

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or with a wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@subgo.in or 8806262324 with your order number and clear photos. After checking, we will send a replacement or refund the amount.

Used products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot take back opened or used products.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask for your bank details or UPI to refund.
